I. Perception vs. Reality.
A. Making Himself known. (Romans 1:18-22).
…so that they are without excuse.
B. I’m my own bully. (I Corinthians 2:6-16).
Spiritual truth is foolishness to the perceptions of the flesh.
C. The good news. (I John 4:4-6).
He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.
II. The lie.
A. Caleb knew the truth. (Numbers 13:26-14:4)
But everyone else believed the lie.
B. There was calm before the storm was calmed (Matthew 14:22-33)
Are you walking in the truth or drowning in the lie?
C. Liar, liar pants on fire – literally!!! (Revelation 12:7-9)
Standing against the wiles of the devil (Ephesians 6:10-13).
III. The truth.
A. The truth shall make you free. (John 8:28-36)
“Standing in the liberty where Christ makes me free.”
B. Truth is walking on water – sinking is the lie. (Romans 8:26-28)
Even when I don’t understand – IT MUST BE GOOD.
C. “The thief does not come except to steal, kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” John 10:10
