A triangle relationship: When two people are going the direction of Christ, they are also drawing closer to each other.

I. When the triangle points down.
A. Christ was not Judas’ only betrayal. (John 12:1-6).
Do you see the pattern of dishonesty?
B. What pattern do we see in Saul’s life? (I Samuel 14:24-28+15:10-11).
Relationships with people say a lot about our relationship with God.
C. God is not all about relationships. (Matthew 25:31-46).
God is about relationships that bring glory and honor to Him.

II. Building triangles that point up.
A. Relationships must bear fruit. (John 15:1-4).
Apart from the vine, fruit is not possible.
B. The sum of how God has instructed us to live… (Matthew 22:34-40).
Comes down to our relationship with God and people.
C. Do your relationships bear much fruit? (John 15:5).
We can have fruitful and abundant relationships in Him. (John 10:7-10

III. How to flip an upside down triangle.
A. It’s never too late. (Luke 13:1-9)
God has called us to repentance.
B. It always begins with choice. (Deuteronomy 30:11-20)
God has given us the manual, but we must choose to follow it.
C. It’s not about easy or hard. (I Peter 3:13-18)
It’s about right and wrong. (I Peter 1:13-25)
